1) Who we are

Your Hair Transplant Turkey (“YHTT”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates yourhairtransplantturkey.com, a platform that introduces people interested in hair-transplant procedures (“Clients”, “you”) to two independent, leading clinics located in Istanbul, Türkiye (the “Clinics”).

2) What we do (and don’t do)

  • We introduce you to Clinics and pass along your enquiry and images if you ask us to.
  • We do not provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, or practice medicine. All medical services are provided solely by the Clinics.
  • Any advice, pricing, availability, medical opinions, or outcomes are the Clinic’s responsibility.

3) Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the site for someone else, you confirm you have authority to do so.

4) Your use of the site

You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate information.
  • Only upload images and information you’re allowed to share and that you’d be comfortable sending to the Clinics for assessment.
  • Not misuse the site (e.g., no malware, scraping, automated access, or illegal content).

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or legal reasons.

5) No medical or outcome guarantees

Information on our site is for general information only. Results vary by individual. We make no guarantees about outcomes, costs, timing, or availability.

6) Our role with Clinics

  • The Clinics are independent providers. They are not our employees, partners, or agents.
  • Any consultation, treatment, aftercare, pricing, and contracts formed are between you and the Clinic.

7) Fees and payments

Currently, YHTT does not charge Clients a platform fee. If this changes, we will update these Terms. Any medical service fees are agreed directly with the Clinic.

8) Intellectual property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, videos, UI) is owned by or licensed to YHTT and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without our prior written consent.

9) User content

By submitting forms, messages, and photos (“User Content”):

  • You grant YHTT a limited license to receive, review, and share the content with our Clinics for the purpose of an initial assessment and arranging contact.
  • You confirm you have the rights and lawful basis to share the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

10) Third-party services & links

We may link to third-party sites or tools (e.g., messaging apps, map services). They’re governed by their own terms and policies. We’re not responsible for them.

11) Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • YHTT shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the site shall not exceed €10 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
    Nothing limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or where liability cannot be lawfully limited.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold YHTT harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections under the laws of your habitual residence.
